Digital dentures

Full and partial dentures designed digitally — so the design is archived and a remake or repair is a reprint, not a restart. Consistent aesthetics, and far less lost when a patient loses a denture.

Designed once and stored — the quiet advantage of digital is what happens the second and third time a patient needs that denture.

What we make

Complete dentures, partial dentures, try-in bases and copy dentures — from scans or impressions. Because the design lives as a file, a replacement is reproducible: the same set-up, the same shade, without re-recording everything.

Why digital, in practice

The value isn't novelty, it's reproducibility. A broken or lost denture is reprinted from the archived design; a successful set-up is a starting point for the next one; and try-ins are cheaper to iterate. It's the same reason we push practices toward a digital workflow generally.

The records that make a denture fit

  • Ridges captured cleanly — a good scan or impression of the denture-bearing area.
  • A reliable jaw relation / bite — most denture problems are occlusion problems.
  • Tooth mould and shade, and any midline or lip-support notes.
  • For a copy denture, a scan of the existing one the patient is happy with.
How we think about it

A denture is judged at delivery and every day after. We'd rather confirm the set-up at a try-in than chase adjustments later — tell us the aesthetic goal and we'll build to it.

How we handle quality

Qualified dentists oversee our QC, and if the records contradict themselves — a bite that doesn't sit, a tooth mould fighting the space — we query it before we produce, not after.

Frequently asked questions

What makes a digital denture different?
The design is captured and archived, so a lost or broken denture is reprinted from the same file rather than started from scratch. Reproducible and consistent.
What records do you need?
A scan or impression of the ridges, a jaw relation / bite, and the tooth mould and shade. For a copy denture, a scan of the existing one helps a great deal.
Can you do a try-in?
Yes. A try-in stage lets you and the patient confirm aesthetics and occlusion before the final is produced.
